**The green 6-yard trash containers are for household bagged trash only!
** The 30-yard bulk container is for occasional bulk trash. NOT to be used for construction debris, unit renovation/clean-outs or demolition debris. 239 other homeowners are not interested in funding your projects.
** Recycle- Each dumpster has a large sticker on it which clearly informs you of how and what to recycle. Please take a moment to review these instructions. Also, it is going to be very important that everyone breaks down their cardboard so we don’t need to buy additional dumpsters.
**Televisions or any electronic devices are not to be thrown away at Oak Ridge. You must either take them to the dump or take them to your primary residence to dispose of.
** Leaves- Please place leaves only in these containers. No branches or plastic bags. If these dumpsters are full please place leaves on the ground directly behind the can so they can be pushed into the next dumpster with the tractor.
Please make sure to break down large boxes before putting them in the re-cycling area. Do not put large boxes into the bulk dumpster. Please break down large items before putting them in the dumpster, i.e., picnic tables, kitchen/dining tables, etc. Please do not bring items from home to place in the dumpsters. Our bulk dumpster cost has been rising rapidly and in order to continue having the bulk dumpster, we all need to follow the above request.

Owners who sell their properties must return their cable boxes to Comcast to avoid bills. The new owners will have to make their own arrangements with Comcast for their cable equipment. We have had a case of an owner who sold his place and left the cable equipment with the new owners and Comcast, after being notified that the sale had taken place, has been billing the seller monthly for the equipment.
