Second half of the HOA fee was due on April 1 in the amount of $1075.00. Payments received after May 15 will incur a $150.00 late fee plus a $45.00 charge for using credit card.

The first half of your HOA fees were due on November 1, 2024 in the amount of $1075.00. Each month you are late there is a penalty fee. November 15 to December 15 there is a $50.00 late fee. If not paid by January 15 there is a $150.00 late fee and after February 15 you now have a $250.00 late fee and $250.00 for each month after that.
Total LATE HOA FEE DUE by April 1 is $2025.00 + $50.00 cc fee - must be paid at the clubhouse.

Oak Ridge is a seasonal resort community (April 1st – Oct 31st) located 6 miles outside of Ocean City NJ, and minutes away from all shore resort towns, including Atlantic City (22 miles), Sea Isle City (10 miles), Stone Harbor (20 miles), Wildwood (23 miles), and Cape May (27 miles).
• Our gated community offers a safe family resort.
• Amenities include swimming pool, playground, clubhouse, 2 bath houses and 2 laundry facilities. A boat yard and storage area is available for a fee. Use of the Pavilion for personal activities can be requested at the Office.
• The Activities Committee and Women's Club have many scheduled activities including 4th of July Bike Parade, Hallloween Trick or Treat, Bingo nights, Pancake Breakfasts, Musican's Night, and other social events.
Mr. Gillin was a heavy equipment operator for the Tennessee Authority in Tennessee on a project called The Oak Ridge Project. When the Tennessee Authority project was finished, he and his wife, Ruth, traveled in a trailer to this area for work to begin on the Parkway. They parked their trailer in Bayonne NJ, that was their home base. As the Parkway extended south, they moved so Mr. Gillin wouldn’t have to travel so far every day. They eventually bought a home at 516 S. Shore Road, and used their trailer for the office for the campground. In honor of the project that brought them here, they named their land Oak Ridge. Where the pool is now, used to be apple, peach and plum trees. The whole acre of land there was farmed by Mr. Gillin. At that time, they had only 35 sites. Cost was $3.50/night to stay with full hookups of water & electric. They would give you a garbage bag each night and someone would pick up trash at each site daily. When Mr. Gillin died, his wife Ruth kept it going for 4 or 5 years and then John and Ellie Davis bought the campground and expanded it to the place it is today with almost 240 campsites. Every Saturday night, there was an Ice Cream Bar and Outdoor Movies. John & Ellie Davis along with Ralph Clayton then created Oak Ridge Condominium Campground in 1981.
